上がる。暗い、あくまで暗い道を歩き
8分程度。東に入ると、ほっと明かり。
からりっと扉を開け、中からラフな
おおよそ、店の作りとアンマッチな
女性がむかえる。ん？
カウンターに通され、座る。
少し魚の生臭い臭いが気になる。
ただ、ガラスケースに並ぶ魚達は
目も黒く、肌もツヤが有りハリもある
たぶん、口開けに行ったので
仕込みのわただしなどの臭いが
鼻についたのだろう。
氷見の寒ブリを、皮切りに
カレイの唐揚げ、赤貝ぬた
播州地鶏塩焼き。
どれも、味があり、良好。
最後は大好きな鯖すし。
今年は豊漁だと言うことだが
時は1月下旬、脂のノリが最高で
鯖の〆加減、酢飯の加減
熟れさせる時間、どれも◎。
