河原町今出川下がる、河原町通り沿いに何やらオシャレな焼肉屋ができていたので友達と二人で行ってきました。
京都の不動産や店舗改装の会社、コトスタイルがされているそう。
店内は手前にテーブル席、カウンター、奥にテーブル席4つ。
二人だったのでカウンター席へ。

今日は単品で色々と頼んでみました。
中でも特筆すべきは
低温調理のお肉！！
とろける美味しさです。部位によってタレや付け合わせが変わります。美味！
ポン酢は調合をご自身でされているそう。うまい
焼肉類もその場で切って下さいます。
最後にいただいた和牛茶漬けも美味しかったです。
ダシがまた良い。
お値段は安くはないですがメニューの種類が多く、選ぶのが楽しい
自分好みで献立を考えられる嬉しいお店だと思いました。
