ランチでお伺いしました。カルビ&ホルモンランチ。
まず肉の提供温度が気になりました。その時他に客はおらず、予約もせずに行ったというのもあるかもしれませんが。
そして肉の脂がくどめ。熟成にこだわり、あえてA5ではなくA4を、というのなら提供すべきはカルビではないと思いました(ランチではカルビしか選べない)。この脂なら、タレはまた違う味の方が合うんじゃないかな。
また、大衆牛丼店で出るようなサラダも蛇足に感じました。
