Our specialty is aged Kuroge Wagyu beef purchased from a butcher shop in Minamikusatsu City, Shiga Prefecture. This exquisite dish is perfectly grilled and is full of deep flavor. Enjoy simply with Italian rock salt and pepper. In addition, ``Koedo Kurobuta'', which has sweet fat and deep flavor, is our popular brand of pork!Enjoy it with ``Shoulder Loin'' or ``Four Types of Kurobuta Pork Sausage''.
