11月10日は熊猟解禁日ということでした。
ラッキーなことに熊解禁日に熊を食べられるとは!
先ずは猪のハムなどのプレートから始まります。
シャンパンやワインなど良いものを選んでもらい楽しみました。
熊は鍋仕立てです。雉ガラ出汁に新鮮なクマを合わせています。ほぼ生の状態の熊は柔らかくて美味しいですね。臭みなど一切ありません。
うなぎの皮はバリッと焼かれています。これが良いんですよね。
鹿は色が最高ですね。さまざまな部位を、部位にあった調理法でたべさせてくれます。
天然物の雉は、焼きだけでなく、カツサンドやビリヤニに変身してました。
塩鱈とウニをブッラータチーズでグラタンにしたり、セコガニと松茸の手打ちパスタなど、海の幸も美味しくいただきました。
31種ものメニューが食べ放題です。
これまでに一番食べた方は、女性で、メニューを1.5周したそうです。
全メニュー制覇はできませんでしたが、何とか25種をお腹に収めることができました。
食いしん坊万歳システムは最高でした。
