テーブル席とカウンター席があり、手際よく働く
ご主人でしょうか？料理人の方が拝見できるカウンター席での食事になりました。
銀閣寺近辺に用事があり、来店できるのが何時なるか解らなかったこともあり予約なしで伺いました。
事前に調べてあり、わかりやすい場所でもあり迷わずに到着しました。
本来、貝類は好物なのですがその日は焼き物のお魚がいただきたく、数ある貝コースよりも単品で
注文しました。
ほんとうにどれもこれもすべて美味しかったです。
注文した品は熱いものは熱く、冷たいものは冷たい一皿が次から次とタイミング良く出てきました。
小松菜と御揚げの御浸し、こりこりサザエ、つぶ貝、赤貝の御造り、車海老と鱧の天ぷら、
なんといっても、金目鯛の焼き物が皮がカリカリ、中がふぁーと絶妙な焼き加減でした。
この次期ぐらいからの鮎なんかをこの焼き具合で焼いていただいたらどうなるんだろう？と、金目だからこんな風になるのでしょうか？
ほんとうに素晴らしかった。大アサリ、丸なす、いろんなものを注文しましたが、、、早々、、
ここのダシ巻き卵の美味しいこと！ツヤがある半田ソーメンもおいしかった。
私は従来、他人が目の前にいるカウンターが好きではなく、それでもおいしものをいただく、お寿司屋さんとかの必須のカウンターでも、「はなしかけるな！オーラ」をだしつついただきくのですがーとかく有名な割烹、お料理屋さんでも、カウンター越しにこれはどこどこ産、これはオスだのメスだのと講釈云々が苦手ー
この店はそんな気も使わないほどに最小限の必要会話ですむ事と人の気配を感もなく、美味しいものをたくさんいただけたような気がします。それと、、なんといってもコストパフォーマンスが良かった。
