このたび貝好きの先輩と ”貝の会” を開催。
”銀閣寺 貝”
その名の通り、銀閣寺の近くの貝料理のお店。
都心からはタクシーで15分ほどかかる辺鄙な場所にございます。
今出川白川通りからほどちかい住宅地の一角にそのお店がありました。
遠くからでも一目で分かる ”貝” と書かれた看板(笑）。
店内は、座敷席が中心で接待や宴会でも利用できそうな雰囲気です。
なぜかENYAや葉加瀬太郎など懐メロが流れています(笑)。
この日は ”鮑付きの貝づくし コース” を注文。
鳥貝の酢の物、生の海鞘など3皿が乗ったお通しの登場。
海鞘は得意なほうではないので、このくらいの量が丁度良い。
岩牡蠣を追加でいただきました！かなりミルキーです。
タイラギ貝、サザエ、大アサリは炭火で網焼きに。
特製出汁、味噌などから味付けは選択できます。
味噌は餡がきいており、円やかで貝によく合っていましたよ（＾ｖ＾）
もちろん貝以外にも旬の一品料理がたくさんあります。
辺鄙な場所にありますが、貝好きの方は一度訪問されてはいかがでしょうか。
