Pork Cutlet fillet is made from snow-aged pork from Niigata Prefecture. It is aged for a month in a snow-covered warehouse, and is characterized by its concentrated flavor and amazing softness. The Tahara pork loin from Aichi Prefecture has no pork smell and is so soft that it melts in your mouth! We also offer Matsusaka Beef Cutlet, which are unique to our store in Matsusaka City. The batter is made using the highest quality fresh bread crumbs exclusively made for Pork Cutlet, and is light and drains well.Enjoy the crispy texture and aroma.

We are particular about not only the ingredients but also the cooking method. Cooked using a double-frying method, first frying in low-temperature oil and then deep-frying only the batter in high-temperature oil. We have created a juicy Pork Cutlet with a crispy texture and flavor. For frying, we use a unique blend of Taihaku sesame oil and Taiko sesame oil in a unique ratio. Sesame oil drains easily and can be eaten easily and deliciously.
