若いスタッフがてきぱきと仕事する様は、相変わらず良い感じだった。
飲み放題コースを注文し、最後の〆の稲庭うどんが一緒盛で出てきたが、麺だけは個別盛にしてもらいたかった。
加えて、茹ですぎの感もあり残念。

入り口は小さいが店内は奥まで続いていて、奥の掘りごたつの小座敷は、繋ぎ合わせると２０人までの宴会に対応できるとのこと。
個人的には、４～８人くらいが程よくくつろげるかな。
お通しと生ビールで始まった小宴・・・転勤する同僚の最後の夜は仙台で美味しいものを、のオーダーに選んだ店。
こちらのスタッフのＴ・Ｔ氏が焼酎や日本酒、ワインまで相談するとおいしいものをチョイスしてくれる・・・自分はこの日、焼酎ロックを「お勧めのを」とだけ言ってＴ・Ｔ氏にお任せして多くのおいしい焼酎を飲むことができた。
途中で「爆弾焼酎はなたれ」というのを飲ませてもらったが、４４°という度数で舌がヒリヒリ

・サンマとカツオ刺身盛り合わせ
・とりつくね
・牛刺
ほかに焼き鳥やサラダ、お漬物を注文。価格はリーズナブルに設定されており、スタッフも若い方が多いが、その応対はしつこくなく、うるさくなくと、好感のもてるお店
しかし、サンマの刺身が出ているのにはびっくり！ 海流の影響とはいえ、地球環境を少々憂う。
つくね＋黄身のパターンはよく見かけるが、これにサラダが付いてくるとちょっとうれしい感じ。
次は、牛ステーキとワインを中心にしてみようかな。
近々、新たに２店舗出店するとのお話もあったりして。
