Owner Matsumoto Tomohisa opened a Sushi restaurant in Sadowara Town (now part of Miyazaki City after a merger of municipalities) in 1975, which he made a big success, before moving to this area. He has a keen eye for local ingredients, having been in contact with them for over 45 years. They also have a wide selection of shochu, a specialty of Miyazaki. Their delicious drinks, delicious food and attentive service have earned them a reputation for being loved by a wide variety of customers, both from within and outside the prefecture.
