Our restaurant uses Kansai-style kabayaki, which is not steamed and is immediately grilled. The meat, which has become firm due to the underground water, is torn apart at once, and while removing just the right amount of fat, it is grilled over charcoal until it becomes fragrant. Since the fat is not wasted, you can enjoy the natural flavor of eel. In addition, you can enjoy the delicacies of Shinshu with our Japanese cuisine, which has maintained a friendly atmosphere since our establishment.

The recommended course is the ``eel kaiseki''. This is a plan where you can enjoy luxurious eel dishes that boast a long history. All courses are priced between 6,600 yen and 12,100 yen, and the content can be changed according to your budget. The famous eel sasamushi was originally created by our company as a flavored folk craft in 1975. It is a dish similar to ``Kabayaki no Chimaki'', which is made by rolling up seasoned kabayaki with sticky rice from Azumi rice and bamboo, which is also the epitome of Shinshu. Highlights the rich flavor. In addition to frozen products for souvenirs and mail-order sales, we also sell them at major department stores in Tokyo and Stores in Matsumoto. Please try it once.
