もう感じるだけ。
有難う。
一つ自分が気づけてないことが。
この日は朝取れのお魚たちがたくさんで最高だと感じてたけれども、そうではなかった。
行った時期は野菜がなかなかとれないそう。
その中でのレシピは大変。
海のものばかりに注目しすぎていて見えてなかった。
そして本当にこの日の繰り出す一品ずつに感謝。
頭があがらない。
素敵な食材はどんどん東京にいく中で、地元でとれたものを提供してくださる有難さ。
それを全力でいただく。
当たり前のはずなのにそれが成り立たない社会。
この忘れかけられている空間と心の豊かさに感謝。
晴れの日のpesceco
晴れた日のぺシコは気持ちがいい。
雨の日でもまたいいけど、晴れた日は最高。
隣に魚屋さんもオープン。
魚屋さんで買い物をした後に入店。
入った瞬間から始まっている空間と劇場がより深まって楽しめた。
しあわせ。。。
この幸せな空間は五感全てで受け止めないといけない。
なのに疲れず楽しい。
そして一つ一つの食材に感謝し感動。
本当に有難うな場所。
地元の食材を美味しく、、、
九州は凄い。
食を考えさせられる。
そしてpescecoに恋をして島原を好きになる。
感動。

お店に入ると「お久しぶりです」でお迎えされる。
お久しぶりの感覚がなくて、振り返ると14ヶ月ぶりの訪問。
自分でびっくり。
久しぶりな気がしない。
大袈裟ではなく、自分はこれまでの14ヶ月pescecoの余韻を感じ続けていたから全然久しぶりではない。
pescecoはおかえりな場所であり、いってらっしゃいの場所。
思想、感覚、空間、背景、全てに尊敬と素敵な距離感。
一つの浄土という世界を具現化している。
争いの社会の中、忙しなく、安穏なる世界。
食事はこれまでの総集編か、何か特別に凄くないか？
と感じるけれども、毎回がスペシャル。
そしてシェフの雰囲気にうっとり。
楽しそうに料理をするワクワク。
それを見せられる食べる方もワクワク。
pescecoが創り出す空間と穏やかさ。
そしてこの日はまさかの天然鴨が登場。
ゆっくりじっくりスタートから焼いていき、視線は鴨にいきがちになりながらも、鴨が登場するまでの他のラインナップに注目させる魅力。
一つ一つがスペシャル。
そして、全てに生産者や背景が浮かび上がる。
島原を全力で好きになる。
ここでしか味わえない島原。
