Our products are delivered directly from production areas across the country, so you can enjoy them safely and securely. The local Nara Yamato meat chicken is ground in the morning, and the Katsuragi duck is roasted at a low temperature. The Miyazaki brand Aji pork and Kuroge Wagyu beef menu are must-sees. We only stock brands that we are satisfied with from over 130 sake breweries that we have visited directly and toured around the country. We generously offer drinks that will impress even connoisseurs, including the rare and valuable "Juyondai", "Shinsei No6", and "Jima". "Aji Pork shabu shabu" is a masterpiece that was introduced by the president of Miyazaki Kuroki Main Store, a master of the shochu industry such as 100 Years of Solitude and Nakamaka. By using shochu lees as bait, you can enjoy the soft texture and deep flavor of the meat. Due to its rich flavor, the only vegetable to go with it is lettuce. You can enjoy it refreshingly with our homemade pontsuyu. To finish off your ramen, be sure to try the Yamato chicken hot water soup.
