シャリ、ネタのバランスも素晴らしい
魚の火の通り具合も絶妙
内容は相変わらずの安定感。
ただ、一緒のメンバーに難あり。
やっぱり、美味しいものは、一緒に行く人がとっても大事です^_^
新潟で行くお寿司屋さんを探している時に何度か利用させて頂きました。丁寧に仕事をされていましたが、お店の雰囲気があまり好みではなかったです
相変わらずの安定感
今度は、握りだけを堪能したいと思います。
日本酒のラインナップはレアなものばかり。
新潟で味わうとは考えて無かった緊張感がありました。地方性を排除したコンセプトかな？ご夫婦かな？真面目なコンビネーションが感じれて好感持てます。
ブレを感じた、今日この頃。

いわし、いか、マグロが美味しかった。
お店の雰囲気もいいし、スタッフの方も気持ちの良いサービスをしてくれる。ただ、再度4時間かけてここに訪問したいかというと、うーん。地元なら行くかもしれません。
