Our restaurant is particular about using seasonal ingredients, mainly from Niigata, and uses our own unique route to get the seafood caught in the nearby waters of Teradomari and other areas.

I've known about this place for a while, but I've heard it's a bit pricey, so I haven't been able to come here for a while, but this is my first visit! (I'm late in writing this review, so my memory is a bit hazy, and I apologize if there are any mistakes.) There are a few counter seats and private table seats, and it's not that spacious. The owner is a fairly young man, and there is one woman in charge of the dining area. Both of them are very friendly (^_^) First, the appetizers came, and there were four kinds! They were all delicious! If the appetizers are delicious, the other dishes are bound to be delicious as well ☆ I think it was grouper? (^_^;) I don't remember, but we had sashimi with whelks. We each ordered one chawanmushi with plenty of sea urchin. There was so much sweet sea urchin on top! The asparagus wrapped in meat was delicious, but the accompanying salad was also carefully made! I'd like to try more of their other menu items! ! ! ! I'll definitely go again! ! ! !
