いっぺんで好きになってしまう居酒屋さん
越後湯沢はお酒が安くて美味しい。しかも上野から新幹線に乗ってしまえば、充分日帰り圏。
という事で最近訪問頻度が上がっています。この日も日帰りでしたが、相方が美味しそうな
店があるので行ってみたいということで、こちらのお店を予約させてもらいました。
早速美味しそうな刺し盛りを2人前で注文。
出てきたのは、ハタ、カンパチ、ホタテ、コハダ、連子鯛、カマス、タコ、赤イカ、メバル。
昆布締めしてみたり、飾り包丁を入れたり見た目にも、味も最高でした。
舞茸の網焼きも絶品。運んでくる途中からいい香りが・・・。食べればステーキのよう。
他の料理も美味しかった。少し高いと思われるかもしれませんが、多分それなりの食材を
使っているはずでＣＰは悪くないように感じます。
予約なしの人はかなりの数断られていましたので、行くときは予約を。
ちなみに自分達は帰る時に次の予約をさせて頂きました。
今から楽しみです。
※通りの向かいに姉妹店が有り、いろいろあって最初の予約の電話をそちらに入れさせて
頂きましたが、電話に出たおかみさんらしき女性の対応が素晴らしく、丁寧に
対応頂きました。有難うございました。
