お客様は、地元、観光客半々とのこと、この日はお隣は、海外からのご家族でした
カウンターは、15席ぐらいでしたが、奥にテーブル、個室があり50席程度あるそうです
ネタは、東京から空輸しているとのことで届くタイミングと合わせて提供しているとのことで、沖縄で鮨を提供するのに工夫されていらっしゃるようでした
県産は、セイイカ、シマダコ、車海老ぐらいとのこと
それにしても、メニーが豊富でこれだけのメニューを提供するのは大変そうです
昼でしかも、沖縄で食事してることを忘れそうなひと時でした
危うく深酒を
