We are the first bar in Japan to use our original cooking method, [Uji-yaki], which uses sugarcane leaves and faagara to burn and cook in a spectacular manner, rather than roasting with straw. You can enjoy a live performance of local ingredients being prepared right in front of you.

We offer a wide variety of Yomitan Sour Series menus that use Okinawa's only prefecture-produced sake [Shirasagi], with menus named after regional names. Please enjoy the area names of Yomitan while enjoying a delicious sour. In Other, we also offer our original "sake ate" and "bar sweetness" that go well with natural wine, pure rice sake, Okinawa moringa tea, Ishigaki moon peach tea, RAWKOMBUCHA, etc.
