The highly popular "Year-end and New Year's Party Special Course" features a luxurious lineup of A5 Kyushu Kuroge Wagyu beef (sirloin and fillet), three types of seafood from local waters, white fish (red sea bream, golden-eyed snapper, flounder, etc.), Bunko squid, and Oyster. Why not gather around the large hot plate with some wine, savor the fragrant, sweet aroma rising from the air, forget about the daily grind for a while, and spend a comfortable moment recognizing your hard work for the year? This might be the perfect course to store up energy to scale the last hill of the year and to climb the various new hills that await you. *Reservations are required for parties of 4 or more. If you are particular about deliciousness, you should eat ingredients that are in season. Our chef will carefully cook seasonal ingredients such as Kuroge Wagyu beef from Kyushu, seasonal vegetables and seafood right in front of you. This course has a perfect balance of Steak, Seafood and garlic rice for the final dish. It is also perfect for entertaining or girls' nights.
The plump Akashi Octopus and the light Setouchi flounder rise from the hot plate, and the seafood aroma rises. First, light lemon and salt, then the original tartar sauce. Enjoy the sirloin steak with its magnificent marbled meat, and the more you chew, the more the savory aroma and sweet juices fill your mouth.
