ChefChristophe Gibert - A traditional French cuisine chef who continues to evolve
Born in Brittany, France. Raised by his father, a pastry chef, he learned the joys of confectionery, cooking, and dining at Restaurants from an early age. He trained at the Sporting Club de Monte Carlo in Monte Carlo, and La Table d'Anvers and Luca Carton in Paris. Cultivating traditional French cuisine techniques and a modern sensibility, he creates extravagant and gorgeous dishes with the desire to "give customers a little bit of hope and a smile."
