店内はシェフのパフォーマンスを見れるカウンターが8席で落ち着いた感じのお店です。

先ずはサラダ、ご飯、味噌汁、香の物、塩とタレがのったお盆が運ばれます。
サラダのドレッシングがとても美味しかったです!
焼野菜(茄子、しめじ、かぼちゃ)とフィレステーキはバター、塩、胡椒で味付けし、冷めない様にお肉は3回に分けて提供されました。
お肉の焼き加減も最高で噛むとじゅわーっと旨みが広がりご飯も進みます。
無料で出して頂けるウーロン茶もありがたい。
これで1,500円はコスパも抜群です!
ベストの状態でフィレステーキを食べさせたい、店主の心遣いが伝わる素敵なお店でした。

Iguchi is a Steak and Teppanyaki restaurant in Kitashinchi. I made a reservation again this time! It is located a 3-minute walk from Exit 11-21 of Kitashinchi Station on the JR Tozai Line. There are only counter seats, but it is a calm place. The chef cooks the food right in front of you, so you can enjoy it fresh. ◆There is only one lunch menu to choose from. Teppanyaki Steak lunch is 1,500 yen including tax, but this time I asked for the fillet Steak to be increased to 200g, and ordered 2,500 yen including tax for two people. ★ Fillet Steak (200g) ★ Grilled vegetables ★ Salad ★ Rice ★ Miso soup ★ Pickles First, a tray with salad, rice, miso soup, pickles, salt and sauce is brought to you. The salad dressing was very delicious! The grilled vegetables (eggplant, shimeji mushrooms, pumpkin) and the fillet Steak were seasoned with butter, salt and pepper, and the meat was served in three portions to keep it warm. The meat was cooked to perfection, and the flavor spreads as you chew, making you want to eat more rice. The free oolong tea is also appreciated. All of this for 2,500 yen is excellent value for money! It was a wonderful restaurant where you could feel the owner's thoughtfulness in wanting to serve you fillet Steak at its best.
