We have carefully selected ingredients such as Kuroge Wagyu beef made only from female Yamato beef, Seafood from Ehime Uwajima Fishing Port, and seasonal vegetables sourced from contracted farmers in Kumamoto Aso, Niigata, etc. Our commitment to homemade products includes ``homemade ham'' made with Kagoshima Kurobuta pork, ``handmade cheese'' and even desserts♪
