北新地エリアに来て11ヶ月が過ぎ、そろそろランチTimeにいける（一時間以内）噂の話題店巡りも終盤になりました、8月からはゆったり訪れようと思います。
こちらも評判の割烹ランチが有名なので突撃致しました。
北新地駅より徒歩3分の場所にあります。
個性的な雰囲気のある入口を入ると個室が並び、奥にカウンター席があります。

オーダー後、約10分ほどで着盆
ビジュアルだけで、こちらへ来て正解だと分かります。
☆お造り（上側よりノルウェー産のトロサーモン、淡路島の活けタコ、愛媛 宇和島産の真鯛、淡路島の平鯵）･･･全て鮮度抜群です♡
トロサーモンは脂身が絶妙でトロけ、活けタコには飾り包丁が入り食べやすく、甘味最高*･゜ﾟ･*:.｡..｡.:*･'(*ﾟ▽ﾟ*)'･*:.｡. .｡.:*･゜ﾟ･*真鯛も心地よい旨味、淡白な平鯵も美味しい！
☆小鉢3品（信田巻き、豆腐ジュレ、金平牛蒡）･･･どれも凝っており、食材の味が染み渡る油揚げの信田巻き、豆腐には清涼感ある醤油のジュレ、生姜の風味も良いアクセントです。
上品なきんぴらには、小さな枝豆の食感も心地よい
