This course allows you to enjoy a whole extra-large hairy crab and a lobster. Enjoy a live performance of sashimi, grilled crab, shabu shabu, etc., as live crabs are processed right in front of your eyes.
This course includes a whole giant hairy crab, a spiny lobster, and sea urchin. Enjoy a lively performance in which the crab is prepared right before your eyes, and served as sashimi, grilled crab, shabu-shabu shabu, and more. Enjoy it with sea urchin caught in the world's only special fishing ground in Kita-Sanriku.
