北新地のど真ん中に、とっても良いお店発見！
あさつゆが２本空き、rindoのハーフを空けて、田酒やGTO限定ボトルを飲む。山椒ハイボールは、乾いた喉を潤すのに最適だ。
初っ端から、ウニがこんもりと出てくる。
ハモと松茸のお吸い物の味も良し。
焼きサンマ、大間のマグロが入ったお造りも良いですね。強い旨みを感じます。
本ししゃもなどは滅多に手に入らないです。カラリと揚げてお酒を進めてくれます。
１年熟成の牛肉はワインにぴったり！
ウニの手巻きは、どこかで見たような絵です。旨し！
肉はそれぞれに楽しめ、松茸ご飯はおかわりもできました。
デザートのソフトクリームのトッピングが選べる楽しい仕掛けをありがとうございます。
とても良いお店です。

もうシーズン終了となる花山椒にありつけました。
サッと熱を通した柔らかい牛肉の甘い香りとと花山椒の豊かな香りが幸せな気分にさせてくれます。
久しぶりにケンゾーエステートのあさつゆでいただいたので、幸せ度アップですね。
うにやら肉やらの手巻きはコントビ海苔なので、美味しさパワーアップ！
じっくり火を入れられた締めのイチボとシャトーブリアンは、柔らかくて旨味たっぷりです。
