▶︎JR北新地駅より 徒歩6分ほど
年に2-3週間しか食べることができない旬の食材花山椒。
割烹などに行くと一品に花山椒を散らしてあるお料理は
たくさんありますが、旬の食材なんだからたくさん食べたい！
と思い、山椒鍋を提供してもらえるこちらのお店に初訪問。
普段は肉割烹としてお肉料理を提供されているいるみたいです。
今回は知り合いから紹介していただき 別で花山椒鍋を注文させてもらいました。
花山椒鍋メインで一品を数品出してくださいと注文し
2万円のコース仕立てで出してもらってます。
そこにドリンクはシャンパンと日本酒飲み比べ3種、ハイボールを注文。
追加でスペシャリテという事で うにくたくを追加。
そして熊肉があるとの事でお鍋に熊肉を追加。
トータルで1人27,000円でした。
熊肉やスペシャリテも追加したのでもっと高くつくかなと
思いましたが2万円代で済んだのは納得な価格でした。
色々とリクエストがきくお店だったので 今後もお邪魔するかと思います♪
