If you want to enjoy gibier and sake today, come here! Here in Kitashinchi. There are always two staff working full time, so you can enjoy your meal without stress as you order slowly while enjoying your drink. The colleague I worked with today requested a crocodile. I decided to try grilling on a ceramic plate, so today's main dish was grilled food. Crocodile tail, badger, bear, kangaroo. All of them are delicious meats with good lean and fat quality and no odor. Then use tongs to bake it on a hot ceramic plate on a cassette stove. Yes, it's entertainment. And best of all, it's incredibly delicious! In between the main dishes, you can enjoy various dishes such as today's recommended dishes and chopsticks dishes. Assorted Seafood sashimi, raw horse liver, mizunasu sashimi, etc. Thanks to the chef's cooking skills and creativity, there are many recommended menu items of the day, so I'm always at a loss as to what to order. I want to come back again and again and try different things. And we can't forget the sake. Please try the limited edition sake, which is constantly changing in stock, and the staff will be able to match it for you if you tell them about your meal or mood. I came back here in Kitashinchi in less than a week. This time, we also enjoyed sea game, whale, and land game rum, but we were also hooked on the obanzai dish that we had become addicted to last time, which we were given in Small dish, and slowly sipped on sake. Thank you for always providing great food and sake. The highlight after 2 hours at the store was the mapo tofu served on a piping hot ceramic plate with mapo tofu poured over it! We also have soba noodles! It bounces a lot, but it's also visually entertaining! The sesame Ice cream at the end was also delicious! The ceramic plate version is highly recommended! I'll be back! !
いつも心を癒してくれる◎の多種多様な食事、日本酒、そして店員さん。北新地で迷ったら是非。
今日は遅い新幹線で東京に帰るので、サクッと1人、カウンター隅で楽しませていただきました、北新地ここの。金曜日の賑やかな夜、満員御礼で、いつもは2人で切り盛りしているこのお店ですが、ヘルパーさんが入って3人体制で、それでも笑顔絶やさず、手も止めず、頑張っておりました。
頑張りだけではなく、ここの 料理が本当に美味しいのです。味付けにセンスがあるのかな?出てくる食事にハズレなし。種類が多いのでいつも何にするかとても悩みます。もちろん私は新しい日本酒との出会いをも楽しみに来させてもらってます。
本日は今月が開店4周年だったこともあり、その時のおばんざい企画のおかずもいただきました。

通い続けて早2年。北新地の日本酒100種出す、ジビエの店、ここの をようやく紹介。
私の行きつけでございます。
大将に話をしたら是非投稿してくれと言われたので、書きます。全部は一回で書けないので、徐々にはなりますが。
ここのは、カンガルー、ダチョウ、ワニ、猪、鹿などのジビエ料理を得意としながら、なぜか入手困難な日本酒をたくさんキープしているお店。
ここで国産養殖ダチョウやカンガルーの味を覚えました。
そして、飽きるくらい日本酒を飲んで勉強させていただいたのもここです。
店長であり料理長でもある九十九氏の数々の料理は、北新地でも指折りの味。
スタッフ2人なので、時間は若干かかるのですがね。常連さんはたちは皆温かい目で見てます。最終的に出てくる料理がハズレないので。
