Shabu-shabu of Yamato chicken thighs and breast meat in a concentrated collagen soup made by simmering Yamato chicken bones and maple shabu shabu for two days. It also includes seasonal vegetables, including pesticide-free vegetables such as Orange Queen (Chinese cabbage), which was won a gold medal at a competition by a contracted farmer in Tamba, so you can enjoy delicious ingredients that are good for your body.
