勝手知ったる西天満。
駅からはどこからも距離があるものの、マンションがたくさん建ち始めている地域です。
以前は和食屋さん？やったかしら。そんなところに2020年10月のコロナちゃんが少し落ち着いた時期にオープンされたお店。
11月に少人数でテーブル席を借りてお食事会。
店長さんは某クラウドファウンディングにも参加、YouTubeチャンネルまで開設している力の入れよう。
説明文によると「勢いで開店してしまった」と・・・ん？ そんなことできるんですかね？w
前置きはさておき、こちらのウリは鉄板焼きというだけあってお肉でしょう。

ウルグアイ産ステーキなんて初めて食しました。
歯応えがあってこれはこれで病みつきになります。
最近は黒毛和牛が余っていてそこら中で安価で霜降りお肉が食べれる機会があったんですが、やっぱり赤身の方が食べ続けれるなという印象です。
ガーリックライスも薫製も堪りません・・・
価格は抑えめでこう落ち着いた雰囲気の鉄板焼き屋さんもあまりみかけませんので、人気に火が着く前にどうぞ！
ちなみに最近はランチでラーメンやってはるみたいで、そっちはかなり火がつきかけている様子・・・行かねば！
