神山交差点南の小路にある「鉄板焼ボンズ」さん。
夜は鉄板焼ですが、お昼はラーメン！
変わってるなぁと思って気になってました。
11時半過ぎに初訪問。
新しいお店でとっても綺麗。
雰囲気は鉄板焼のお店ですね。
「中華そば」750円(税込)に、味玉100円とチャーシュー2倍100円をトッピング。
他にカレーラーメンや混ぜそばもやってるんですね。
ほどなくして着丼。
おお！チャーシューの存在感がすごい！
スープは透き通った琥珀。
旨味のある醤油味で美味しい(^-^)
太めのメンマ、ネギ、玉ねぎ、かな？
麺は細めのストレートです。
チャーシューは自家製とのことで、柔らかいながらも食べごたえのある厚み。
たまごくらぶにはたまらない、味玉！
完璧な仕上がりで美味しいです。
スープも好きな味で、完食してしまいました(>_<)
本日は雨なので貸し切り状態でしたが、お店のオーナー含め、若い男性で切り盛りされています。
とても爽やかで感じのいい方々でした。
登録は鉄板焼なので、ラーメン屋さんとそんなに認知されていない可能性がありますが、素敵なお店でスタッフも感じがいいので、女性が訪問するのにもオススメ。
カレーラーメンは、まろやかな辛さだそうです。
