We use a stone kiln made of white clay bricks from Larnage in the Provence region of France. This white clay is a special stone oven that can apply far-infrared radiant heat to the food inside the kiln, which maintains a temperature about twice that of a regular oven. Meat, vegetables, and seafood baked in a stone oven have a delicious flavor. The juicy taste spreads throughout your mouth the moment you take a bite. Please enjoy it at our store◎
