Ingredients include seasonal flavors, as well as fresh meat, fish, and vegetables. In particular, we carefully select and purchase vegetables that are grown under natural conditions without relying on chemicals. Fried Skewers, which is fluffy wrapped in batter made with white wine, soy milk, and yam and fine breadcrumbs, and deep-fried crispy in a rice oil-based blend, is an exquisite dish.We have about 10 types of menu items, ranging from classics to creations. We have a wide selection of products including draft beer "Master's Dream", whiskey, wine, and sake. Among them, white wine is also used in the batter, so it goes perfectly with Fried Skewers! Don't miss out on the limited edition sake that changes seasonally. Additionally, we are the first restaurant in Japan to have a Suntory server that dispenses whiskey, draft beer, and purified water! We provide drinks quickly.
