At our restaurant, which is particular about using fresh ingredients such as meat and vegetables, we prepare and serve meat such as ``Kuroge Wagyu'', ``Kobe Beef'', and ``Saga Beef'' to our customers. We use ``Koshihikari rice grown in Uonuma'' and serve ``rice'' and ``garlic rice.'' At Teppan-yaki, the chef uses his skill to prepare dishes such as lobster and scallops. Please enjoy our menu created using sophisticated technology.
