While inheriting tradition, we offer a variety of dishes that are not bound by the framework of Japanese Cuisine and incorporate the skills and sensibilities of chef Mr. Katayama. We would like to continue to evolve into a high-quality space year by year, incorporating the opinions of our customers and the hospitality of our employees. With this in mind, Mr. Katayama and a famous designer created a space. The seats are at the counter where you can see the courtyard where you can feel the changing seasons. The landscape painting changes its expression every time you sprinkle water, entertaining your guests. We also offer table seating, perfect for entertaining or special occasions, as well as private rooms (horizontal kotatsu) with a calm atmosphere.

The restaurant opened in Osaka in 2013 with the name `` Japanese Cuisine Rakushin,'' which reflects the desire to cherish the spirit of ``enjoyment,'' which is the root of cooking. In just six months, he received one Michelin star, which he has continued to receive for seven years in a row. We value the traditions of Japanese Cuisine and offer dishes with a twist. The dish in the photo is ``Creamed Chrysanthemum Caviar with Sesame Tofu Tofu.'' In order to let you enjoy the taste of freshly made sesame tofu, we decided to use the salty caviar instead of the usual way of eating it, which is soup stock.
