Approximately 8 small plates of freshly grilled seafood, salmon roe made from muscle roe, mackerel with seasonal vegetables steamed in bagna cauda sauce, wine steamed, fried chicken, gently aged meat, etc. Satisfying with iron-cooked white rice to finish. A satisfying course. We have achieved a value of 4,800 yen (excluding tax) by ingenuity and care from the selection of ingredients to the tailoring.
