裏なんばではしごの３軒目に
こちらの 燻製工房 jammy 裏難波店 さんに初訪問
１階席は席数が少ないですが吹き抜けとなっていて多用の開放感があります
ただ席間が狭く通路も狭いカウンターも２階席もあるのでテーブル席を少し席を無くして居心地を高めた方がもいい気がしますね
内装はジャマイカ、レゲエ系の内装
煙のインスパイアからだったら合っているといえば合っていますがw
きてる客層とはミスマッチな気がしますw
なのにメニューイングはしっかりされていて可愛いくまとまっていますw
なかなか燻製を食べに行こうと感じる機会が少ないので丁度良い機会でした！

お通しで枝豆の燻製が出てきます
ベターなベーコンやうずら、ホタテ、スモークチーズがありますが
変わり種の明太子やチキン南蛮などもあり色々楽しめます！
どれもかなりスモーキーで香ばしい香りは強く感じられます
どれも膜を張っているような食感になるので苦手な方はすぐに飽きてくると思いますがお酒のアテとなるとグイグイ進みます！
場所も好立地というわけではありませんが大変繁盛されていました！
