We create an extraordinary space based on the site of a former ironworks that still retains the vestiges of those days. The interior of the store, which is surrounded by inorganic iron, skylights, and marble, including the wisteria trellis used at the entrance, inherits the history and spirit of the building. There are 6 tables with seating for 2 people. We have seats suitable for celebrating anniversaries with couples, or for guests coming from far away to remember their travels. We offer course meals based on the four elements. "Menudegustation" (20,000 yen) is the only course whose contents change every two months. The menu consists of 13 dishes using seasonal ingredients. Our store is also based on the site of a former ironworks. We have incorporated some iron elements into our dishes to give you a feel of the times. For example, use tuna that contains iron, or add iron-like objects. Enjoy a plate that is visually pleasing.
