江坂の居酒屋でなかなか良いお店に出会えなかったのですが、
本日はかなり良い感じ！
店の雰囲気も落ち着きます。
店主の出身地和歌山の朝獲れ鮮魚を美味しくいただけます。
見た目も楽しめ、気軽に和食を楽しめる居酒屋さんといった感じ。
食材はもちろんのこと、和食の基本となるだし汁、塩、味噌や魚に合う醤油など
調味料にもこだわりを持たれ、食材の仕入れに応じて色々なものが食べれます。
お酒も充実していました。
日本酒も各地の銘柄があるので、なかなか良いです。
グラスも好みのものを選べます。
月替わりのお通しも見た目で楽しめる盛り付けです。
お造りも新鮮、焼き魚も良い塩梅でした。
造りも焼きも魚が美味しく食べれます。
メニューも魅力的なものが多く、再度来店したいですね。
