心斎橋の和食、美松さんにおられた方がこちらの料理長をされてのオープンと知り、早速お邪魔しました。
北浜にあるよし田さんが箕面にもオープン。
そのお店の割烹店がこちらのお店で、隣同士にあります。
駐車場があるので、助かります。
元々、市内でされていたので、こちら、北摂は寒いです。。とおっしゃってました。
はい。寒いです。
わかりにくい隠れや屋的お店で、中に入ると
素敵な店内。
カウンターもひろく、厨房越しにみえるお庭風も素敵。
いい空間で素敵です。
ランチメニューは、コースのみ
●割烹＋お寿司6貫 6000円〜

割烹職人、寿司職人さんがそれぞれつくられるとの事。
最初は、お寿司と思いましたが
割烹＋お寿司を予約しました。
申し訳なく、貸切な日となりました。
車ときき、
熱い緑茶と今治のタオルおしぼりをだして下さるスタート。

寒じめほうれん草、たこの柔らか煮、バイ貝、蓮根
伊達巻
お正月の名残を感じるお料理。
たこ食べ応えあり満喫。
●椀物
蕪、菜の花の豆乳仕立て
豆乳仕立ての優しさがいい！
●フグの薄造り
自家製ポン酢
薄造りとはいえ、かなりしっかり食べ応えあり
今年お初のフグのお造り♡
●西京焼き鰆
炭火でジワジワ、ふっくら焼かれた鰆。
つかり具合よく、かなりなる身が厚い。
●合鴨のロースト
こちらも、炭火焼でジワジワ、ふっくらな合鴨。
辛子で美味しくいただく。
●椀物
百合根饅頭
海老とそら豆のせ。
こちらがやや固かったのが残念。
そして、こちらからお寿司スタート！
しゃりは、流行りの赤酢ではない感じ。

素敵なお店で、いただいた和食割烹。
どれもポーションがおっきく、大食いの私もお腹いっぱい。
年配北摂マダム用には、一工夫いるかもです。
お寿司食べたい！和食割烹食べたい！の意見を叶えたお店でした。
