国産松茸と秋刀魚を堪能

The store opened in November last year. The shop next door, Yoshida, is owned by the same owner, so the buildings themselves are connected and the parking lot is spacious. Shunju is a high-end Japanese restaurant, and Yoshida next door is a small, reasonably priced restaurant. I've been eyeing this shop since last year and decided I'd like to visit it someday, so I had high hopes for it.The signboard for Yoshida stands out along the road, but you can't see the signboard for Shunju, so it feels like a hidden gem. It's a counter only restaurant, and you can enjoy the live experience of Sushi chefs and kappo chefs. For adults who want to relax on a slow course. Stayed for about 2 to 2.5 hours. There are only basic course dishes, but there are many types and each portion is small. Unlike Sushi, where you get a la carte or sashimi first and then Sushi, this type of restaurant alternates between serving kappo and Sushi. Since the kitchen is connected, you can also choose from Yoshida's menu next door, order additional items, and add delicious dishes! Along the way, I added striped horse mackerel sashimi, which was delicious. All of them are carefully seasoned and made with fresh, seasonal ingredients that will leave you very satisfied. It was cheap and cost-effective for the food.However, the sea urchin smelled like alum and I didn't like it. Well, it's not in season, so if you come in summer, you might get fresh sea urchin. Unfortunately, the matsutake mushrooms were from Korea and didn't have much flavor or aroma. It would have been great to have charcoal-grilled domestic matsutake mushrooms.

前回は夜で、雲丹が少し残念でしたが、今回はランチで訪問。
今回は予約時に食べたい料理をオーダーしていました。
国産松茸と秋刀魚の炭火焼きが食べたく。
来店すると、長野県産の開き松茸と、北海道産のよく太った秋刀魚が待っていました!
松茸が大きかったので、炭火焼きと土瓶蒸しで半々でいただきました。
目の前で調理していただいている最中にも、すごい良い香りが流れてきました!!最高の香りでした。
今年3回目の秋刀魚でしたが、今日の秋刀魚はふっくらしており、秋を堪能できました。
土瓶蒸しの出汁は、目をつぶって実感しながら、感動しながらいただきました。
その他、お寿司やお料理も、丁度良い分量で、かつ裏切らない味で、とても美味しゅうございました。
