We prepare Nihachi soba and Juwari soba every day. You can choose from most menu items at no extra charge. Udon is also hand-made, of course. It is boiled after the order is placed, so it is shiny and chewy. [Attention to cooking] We want our food to be as fresh as possible, so most of the menu items are cooked after we receive the order. Most of the menu items are homemade. We will try to make it as homemade as possible. Some customers have requests such as a smaller amount or a lighter flavor.
