Fresh fish delivered directly from the fishing port can be enjoyed in a variety of ways, including as sashimi, grilled fish, and boiled fish.
The fish, which is directly shipped from Muroto in Kochi Prefecture, Shinminato in Toyama Prefecture, Miyako in Iwate Prefecture, and Iwafune in Niigata Prefecture, is extremely fresh.
