The wines are mainly from California. They range from juicy and powerful to delicate and elegant. We purchase products directly from importers and are proud to carry brands that are less widely distributed. We try to utilize the potential of each wine by paying as much consideration as possible to the temperature range, glass, and oxidation in which it is served.
Food About the food
We only serve course meals. It's hard to order something you've never seen or heard of. However, even among the most familiar Japanese Cuisine there are many that I have never tried. We chose this format because we believe that by offering such dishes and allowing customers to experience them, it will add depth to the meal and increase satisfaction. Furthermore, our style is to add a modern touch to traditional items.

We want you to have a relaxing time, so we have wide seats. Using natural materials as a keynote, we aim to create a space where you can escape from everyday life.

The tableware ranges from handmade by artists to industrial products, from Japanese-style meal tableware to Western Cuisine, but we use items that will enhance the quality of your dishes. I believe that tableware with a three-dimensional effect and delicate decoration, which is possible only because of the culture of using chopsticks, is one of the great pleasures of enjoying Japanese Cuisine.

The cuisine is a fusion Japanese Japanese-style meal that incorporates elements of Western and Chinese Western Cuisine, based on traditional Japanese Cuisine that incorporates seasonal and special events.
