私は元々鶏肉が好きなので知人に勧められたり常々噂は聞いていたのですが、なかなか時間が合わず訪れられなかったのが昨年夏ようやく行けました。
(彦根に訪れる機会が水曜ばかりのため;ここは水曜定休なので)
まず、入店して店内が広く非常に綺麗内装も落ち着いた雰囲気でGOOD!
そして、ここは使用している鶏肉が名古屋コーチンでしかも新鮮。
そのため、ポピュラーな焼き鳥だけでなく、いろいろな部位のお刺身もいただけます。
刺身盛り合わせと唐揚げ、あと串を数種類適当に注文。
さすがに鶏専門店だけにいろいろな部位をいろいろな調理法で食べられるのが嬉しい。
出てきたものはどれも通常の鶏肉より噛み応えがあり旨味が濃く名古屋コーチンを使用していればこそと言った感じ。
(私はコーチン自体初体験なので比較しようがないけど)
お酒の品揃えが良いのも酒飲みとしては有り難い。
ただし、その分お値段も少々高めに設定されていて普通の居酒屋気分でいると会計時結構なお値段に。
まぁお値段に見合った以上の味は期待できますので鶏好きにはお勧めのお店です。
あと、少々変わったこととしてお客の写真をデジカメで撮影(勿論了承を得て)してお店のブログに載せておられのが面白いですね。
また機会を作って行きたいです。
