A precious prefecture-designated "Pure-bred Nagoya Cochin"
[Suisho] serves Nagoya Cochin chicken (called pure breed) that is lovingly raised by producers in Aichi and Gifu prefectures designated by Aichi prefecture, and is now a famous restaurant that attract |
This was my second visit for a company welcome/farewell party. It was a set course meal (it wasn't a set course the last time we visited), so it was all-you-can-drink. The party started with the customary "toast with beer." It started with appetizers, followed by salad, assorted Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers), chopped vegetables, fried chicken... I think there was other stuff too, but I was so engrossed in the alcohol and chatting that I don't remember (I recall, but these are the parts I remember the most). Beer made me full, so I switched to a highball. To finish, you can choose between "Ramen" and "zosui," so I went for "Ramen" without complaint, and the flavor was probably chicken broth, since it's a chicken specialty restaurant. The final dessert was cream puffs. It was a great way to recharge my energy before the summer began. "Thank you for the meal."
