静岡出張6日目の夜。
今日は静岡で一番お世話になったお客さまのご案内にて、こちらへ。
お店は、大人の雰囲気が漂う和食料理屋って感じ。
私たちは2階席へ。既に先発隊は到着済み。
コースでご予約していただいていたので、先ずは飲み放題のアルコールを各々オーダー。
私は静岡に来たら必ず飲むお茶割り。
グラスで頼まず、選茶割りのボトルで。
ちゃんと前割りされていて、お茶の葉が沈んでる。茶漉し付きのボトルネックなので、茶葉は邪魔しない。非常にマイルドな口当たり。これは飲み過ぎるやつ。
お料理も、一品一品が丁寧に仕上げられています。
フォアグラの茶碗蒸し、美味かったなぁ。
先付けには、ちゃんと静岡名物の黒はんぺんも。
お刺身も鮮度が抜群。
カキフライ、苦手な私ですが、苦味もなく非常に美味しかった。
黒ムツの煮付け、箸が止まらない。
シメのマグロ丼。途中から出し汁を加えてサラサラと。
とにかく、どの料理もクオリティが高い！
