平日のランチを予約して訪問。地場の美味しいお魚がお手頃なお値段で頂けます。
今回、私は季節の魚弥御膳を、ツレは天然南マグロのレアカツ膳を注文。鮪を売りにしているだけあって、鮪の赤味の味が濃ゆくて絶品でした、食感はねっとり、しっとり絡みつくです。レアカツ御膳はカツの火の通りが絶妙です。
魚弥御膳の太刀魚の煮付けは甘めのタレが良く染みて、ご飯が進みます。焼き魚、煮魚ともに骨が抜いてあり、食べ易さも考えられているのも素晴らしい!デザートはカボチャを炊いた甘味。カボチャの風味が良くわかる程よい甘さで、和食の〆としてバランス良しでした。
接客も丁寧で、大満足なランチでした。
