駿河区馬渕にあるおそば屋さん。
お店に入ると子上がりの席に案内されましたしていただきました。店内は広々していて気持ちがいい空間。美味しいお蕎麦がいただけそうです。
注文したのは大遺跡そば。
そば粉と水だけで打った十割そばとのこと、そばの風味がとても十割といいつつコシ強でのど越しよい。わさびは本わさびのおろしのようです。
汁は出汁とかえしがちょうどいい塩梅で、そばをしっかり浸してもいい、ちょこんとつけてもいい、なかなかいい感じです。
大盛りなので食べきれるかと思いきや、そばっていくらでも食べれちゃいますね。完食してごちそうさま。
