いつもは本店に行くところ、今日は馬渕店に行ってきました。
サービス内容、メニューはほとんど同じのようです。
今回は大遺跡そばの大盛り！
風味とコシが好きでいつもこれ！
大遺跡そば、遺跡そば(ざるそば)は、せいろ、釜揚げ風、そうめん風と選べます。
せいろは写真のやつで、風味が強く、別れてるので食べやすいです。
釜揚げ風は、そば湯に使って出てくるようです。
そうめん風は、冷たい水に入って出てきます。前回はそうめん風を食べたのですが、とにかく冷たくて、コシがすごいです。
釜揚げ風もそうめん風も浸かってるので、麺つゆを薄くしたくない方は普通のせいろかなー！
でも全部おいしいですけどね♪
ちょっと残念なのは、椅子の肘掛けが悪いのかテーブルの高さが悪いのか、自分の食べ方のせいかも知れませんが、肘掛けが食べてる時にガンガン肘に当たるので、脇を閉めて食べないといけなくて自分は食べにくかったです。次は畳のところで気にせず食べたいな。
次回は鴨ポン食べに行きます！
