本店が全国放送されて コチラも混んでます。
お目当てはそのテレビで紹介された鴨テツ。
ところがタブレットの写真を見ると何だか
違う感じ( ゜o゜)
スマホに一年前の本店の写真がありました。
当時は鴨200グラムに蕎麦付きで2380円也。
今回は130グラムで2500円也…
値上げラッシュのご時世ですから仕方ない
ことですネ( >д<)､;'.･
肉が減った分 以前はネギだけだった野菜の
種類がイロイロ増えましたヨン様♪
ならば 一品は未食の鴨ポンをオーダー信長。
そして鴨テツがやって南 もとい来た…
熱々鉄板で鴨肉を仕上げるスタイルですよ。
タレを鉄板にかける際に｢メンディー！｣と
店員さんが厨房も含めてコールしてました。
まだまだテレビを引きずっているようネ♪
一方の鴨ポンはシットリ低温調理仕上げよ。
ダウンサイジングした分 余計に熱が入って
パサる鴨テツより Ｅですハンソン♡美味し。
蕎麦はグルテンフリーを謳っていますよん。
十割ということですネ(^^)d
結構コシがあります。製麺機を使ってると
思うからガッチリと圧力が加えられている
のでしょう(^^)d
二種類あるのは太さの違い位ですかね～？
鴨ポンがイケるのは 良い発見でした(^^)d
合言葉はメンディー？これでいいのだ！
